Shipping Policies

SHIPPING POLICIES

We offer free ground shipping via US Postal Service to our 50 US States with a $10 minimum order (excludes any tax, or customs fees, if it applies). All orders under $10 are charged $1.95 per shipment via US Postal Service to our lower 48 US States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Porta Rico) and $2.95 to Alaska and Hawaii. If, you choose to ship via the UPS, your shipping charge will be $7.95 on all orders. We ship US Postal Service ground (default shipper), Monday - Friday, Pacific daylight/standard time. All orders placed before 11:00 am Pacific Time (2:00 pm EST) will be shipped the same day, all orders placed after 11:00 am will be shipped the following business day. If, you ordered after 11:00 am on a Friday (2:00 pm EST), your order will not be shipped til Monday (excluding holidays) or the next business day. We only ship on Saturday during the month of December, peak season, via US Postal Service only.  Please order early during peak holidays for this time of year, to ensure timely delivery. If, you are in the New York area it will take approximately 7-10 days to reach you & more during the peak holiday seasons, Oregon & Idaho you should receive your package within 2-3 days, these are estimated delivery times, rural areas can take longer to reach you. We will ship outside the USA to Canada. International shipping to the UK and Austraila, you will find the information below. Thank you EarringsPlusMore.

 *Disclaimer, if for any reason our web site doesn't add the shipping charges or tax (if it applies) to your order, you are still responsible for the charges and it will be add to your card. We do not notify you of the charges, but you should expect it, if you click on another form of shipping other than the default. Default shipper is the US Postal Service ground.

International Shipping Via US Postal Service Priority Mail

Please contact us for all international shipping, we will ship to the UK and Austraila destinations, excludes Canada. Orders outside the USA is handled manually and by e-mail. Shipping charges will vary from UK destination to Austraila destinations for ex-sample. International shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8" (small box) with a maximum weight of 4 pounds and a maximum value of $400.00, will cost approximately $15.00-$25.00, we allow 10% off your purchase order toward shipping cost for orders over $60.00, with the exception of clearance items. Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and it is not the responsibility of Earrings Plus More (AKA Rare Marketing, Inc.). Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from Earrings Plus More will include a declaration indicating the contents as "Jewelry", with full value for the order listed. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Earrings Plus More being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to change or alter our declaration. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Return Policies

 RETURN POLICIES

Earrings Plus More will gladly except returns within 10 business days (except where noted). Before returning any purchases you must first Email us the reason for the return, your name, Email address, a phone number where you can be reached during our business hours and how your purchase was made (VISA, MC, Disc) do not send any card information in your Email as this not secured. All purchases must be received in the same condition it was sent out and in the same packing and shipping container you received it in. If damaged, see below for instructions on damages. We will contact you by Email or phone as to where you will sent your returns, please wait for us to contact you before returning anything to us, as this could delay your refund. You will receive your refund less any shipping charges within 10 business days. All sales are finial after 10 business days from receipt of your shipment. Business days are Monday - Friday, Pacific Standard Time (west coast time, California/Oregon time)

 

Broken or damaged items:

If, you receive your shipment broken or damaged in any way, do not return the damaged goods to us. Contact us by phone or E-mail. All orders shipped UPS are insured. All shipments are insured over $100.00, please submit your claim for damages to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.).
